Elizabeth’s beach session in Darien, CT was such a treat. Elizabeth won a giveaway where I partnered with several other local Fairfield County Mompreneurs! So luck was on both of our sides as the weather was beautiful for a beach photo day. A motherhood session is where moms can come out from behind the camera and finally capture family portraits with both of her babies! I offer these year round just for moms and their kids to document the special and unique connection between a mom and her children.

This session isn’t just joyous for the mama, but her kids had a BLAST on the beach! The sun was shinning and I love to indulge them in beach games for the boys and twirling/dancing for girls. Well go head and see for yourself because these cheesy smiles say it all!

Baby Daphne's Darling Studio Session | Connecticut Newborn Photographer Kristin Wood

Baby Daphne came by my studio recently and I had the pleasure of photographing her beautiful newborn session. She was so adorable and squishy I could photograph her all day long! I was so excited to meet up with this family AGAIN! Yes I did gorgeous mamas maternity pictures at the beginning of this summer and it turned into a beautiful day at the beach.

During the session, mom selected two dresses from the client closet, which is available to all my newborn clients! Having a closet for everyone to choose from is easy and stunning. Mama also had her makeup done by my amazing makeup artist Angelina, so she could sit and relax while I took individual portraits of baby Daphne. She does a very natural look and between the makeup and picking the wardrobe, these sessions are a delight!
