The Ceglarski's were the first family I had the honor of photographing after moving to Connecticut! I just love Ali and her little boy Gus has the biggest, brightest, most intense blue eyes ever.  And I'm a sucker for gingers! It was drizzling when we started our session but we ended with the most stunning sunset! Is it just me or are the sunsets at the beach always WAY more beautiful?! I love love love photographing at the beach.  There is just something so magical about it.  Weed beach is great because you can get so many different textures in one place.  I really love shooting in the seagrass and the rocks in addition to the beach.  Texture adds so much interest to your portraits so I'm always looking for new and interesting textures.

Gus was the easiest, happiest baby.  He was so inquisitive about the sand and not the least bit anxious about it.  His parents are so adorable with him (I particularly love those peek a boo photos!).  I loved the way their portraits came out and could not possibly pick a favorite with all those different expressions we got from Gus...ok, I lied, my favorite is that big eyed, open mouth photos of his parents doing "superman" with him.  I hope you love them as much as I do!
